Our Environmental Consultants are able to conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for residential and industrial subdivisions and developments, incorporating subsequent soil validation & analysis in accordance with both NEPM & EPA formal requirements. GTS has extensive local experience throughout Central Victoria, particularly with respect to regional mining history & activities and its potential derived concerns. Our environmental consulting services include the following:
  • Land Capability Assessment’s (LCA) for onsite wastewater disposal purposes
  • Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI) for subdivisions and new developments
  • Contaminated Site Investigations/Assessments
  • Soil classification for disposal to landfill in accordance with all formal EPA requirements
  • Soil validation testing on the removal of ‘Underground Petroleum Storage Systems’ (UPSS)
  • Initial Groundwater & Basic Salinity monitoring/investigation
