SERVICES
GTS have the experienced personnel to conduct geotechnical investigations and offer professional geotechnical advice on residential and industrial/commercial developments through to large infrastructure projects.
GTS also operates its own drilling rigs which compliments the Geotechnical Consulting division making our investigations more cost effective and efficient/timely.
Our geotechnical services include, but are not limited to:

Pavement investigations and road design
Investigation of existing/failed pavements and design of new roads in accordance with Austroads, DTP, IDM and EDCM guidelines.
Earth resistivity testing for power infrastructure
Providing insitu earth resistivity using the 4 pole Wenner method to allow for the design and installation of electrical infrastructure.
Foundation investigations
For residential, industrial and commercial developments.
Underground cable locations
Cable and pipe locating using Electromagnetic/Radiodetecting and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) (end grey highlight box)
